ABOUT JODIE

Jodie Capes Fogler, CPCC, is a professional life coach, trained and certified through Coaches Training Institute. She is the Co-Founder, along with her sister, Betsy Capes, of Capes Coaching, a New York City-based career coaching company for actors, artists and creative professionals. She served for over a decade as Capes Coaching's Executive Director, where she oversaw every role for the company including client services, sales, marketing, development and more.

After 12 years of working with Capes Coaching and being inspired on a day-to-day basis by Betsy and her community of coaches and clients,  Jodie decided it was time to become a coach herself. Since making that transition, she has had the privilege of coaching a variety of gifted and creative individuals.

Prior to Capes Coaching, Jodie worked in the admin department of NYC’s award-winning theater company, Drama Dept., and as a personal assistant, supporting the careers of several high-profile actresses. She graduated from the Gallatin School at NYU, where her focus was Drama Therapy.

Jodie resides in both Brooklyn and London. She's the wife of a wildly talented actor and artist, and a mom to two spectacular little girls who remind her everyday of the importance of play and childlike wonder.

"I have been working with Jodie for a year now, and have had the gift of her support through a time of great transition and personal evolution. Her wisdom, compassion and insight have helped me grow in every aspect of my life. She is a beautiful listener, never judgemental, funny, incredibly creative in her approach and I always leave our sessions feeling like life is much more manageable than when we began. I am immensely grateful to her, and look forward to the next chapters of our journey together."
