COACHING POLICIES

Please read through the Coaching Policies below and provide your acknowledgement and agreement of the content by filling out the form at the bottom of the page.


Cancellations / Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid unnecessary charges. No-shows will be billed at the standard rate.

Coach/Client Relationship

The service provided by the coach to the client is coaching, as designed jointly with the client. The coach may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client's life or profession. Other coaching services may include identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating within the industry, career consulting, asking applicable questions, and making relevant requests. The client acknowledges that his/her full cooperation and disclosure is necessary for maximum progress in coaching sessions.  

The client acknowledges that his/her participation in the activities listed above is strictly a voluntary decision, and the services offered by Jodie Capes Fogler are in no way considered to be therapy or counseling. The client further acknowledges and agrees that Jodie Capes Fogler shall not be held liable for any advice or consulting that may take place as a result of the activities listed above. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will take responsibility for communicating this to the coach and work toward finding a mutually acceptable solution. 

Confidentiality

All information provided by the client shall be kept strictly confidential by the coach within the limits of the law.
